Beste leden,
Hiermee berichten we U dat wij de Jaarvergadering 2022 voor onze leden hebben vastgesteld op maandagavond, 17 april 2023 in het Swettehûs te Scharnegoutum, aanvang half acht. Na de corona pandemie kan de vergadering weer fysiek plaats vinden, maar we bieden U deze ook, zoals voorgaande jaren, digitaal aan. Wanneer U niet in de gelegenheid bent aanwezig te zijn kunt U ook via de mail of op andere wijze Uw opmerkingen en ideeën bij ons indienen. Op secretariaat@db-scharnegoutumloenga.nl
Op de vergadering zullen de financiële jaarstukken over 2022 ter inzage beschikbaar zijn en ook besproken worden. Ook informeren we U over de projecten Ondernemersfonds die we in 2022 uitgevoerd hebben en die welke we voor 2023 voorzien.
De ledenvergadering zal een wat ander karakter hebben dan U van ons gewend bent en we noemen het dan ook liever een koffieavond voor de leden om met elkaar in gesprek te komen. Belangrijkste doel is U alle gelegenheid te geven zelf het woord te nemen, waarbij we graag horen wat Uw mening is over de activiteiten van het Bestuur, wat er goed gaat en/of waarin U graag verandering of verbetering ziet.
Ook gemeenteraadsleden van de gemeente SWF zullen worden uitgenodigd. We hopen hen te informeren over onze activiteiten. Raadsleden willen graag op de hoogte zijn wat er in de dorpen speelt. Graag verwelkomen we U allen op de jaarvergadering.
